摘    要:在硫酸介质中,以酒石酸为活化剂,钒对溴酸钾氧化酸性间胺黄的反应具有极强的催化作用,对催化作用的适宜条件进行了研究,并以此反应为指示反应,建立了测定痕量钒的动力学光度法新体系,测定线性范围为0~6ng/mL,检出限为0.15ng/mL.已应用于人发及粮食中痕量钒的测定.

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of traceamountsof vanadium is proposed. The method is based on the vanadium catalysed oxida-tion reaction of metanil yellow by potassium bromate. The range of determination is 0~6ng/ml,detection limit is o. 15ng/ml for vanadium. This method has been applied to thedetermination of trace vanadium in human hair and food with satisfactory results.
