醋酸酯淀粉/PVA复合泡膜材料的燃烧及热降解性能研究

摘    要:用醋酸酯淀粉和PV A为主要原料,在其他助剂的作用下,制备了淀粉基泡沫材料,研究表明:PV A含量为30份时,泡沫材料的密度最小为02.61 g/cm3,此时,泡沫材料的泡孔分布均匀。氢氧化镁含量在20份时泡沫材料的垂直燃烧达到了V -0级,并且热稳定性好。

Abstract:In this work starch-based foams from starch acetate ,polyvinyl alcohol and other addi-tives were prepared .The experimental results showed that when the dosage of polyvinyl alcohol was at 30 phr ,the density of material reached the minimum value (0 2.61 g/cm3 ) .When the dosage of the magnesium hydroxide was at 20 phr ,the vertical combustion of foams could reach Grade V -0 and the thermal stability of foam was good .
