摘    要:
气门摇臂安装是汽车发动机生产工艺流程中一道重要的工序,摇臂安装是否到位、摇臂是否缺失以及气缸垫的有无检测主要通过人工完成,存在不稳定、高报错率和低速率等问题,需要利用机器视觉技术,开发摇臂安装视觉检测系统。根据具体的测试要求进行光学设备选型,利用“Visionpro”视觉开发软件设计气门摇臂安装检测程序。实际使用结果表明,该系统测量的精度在0.057mm以内,安装位置检测满足实际应用需求。

Abstract:
Valve rocker arm installation is an important process in car engine production. Rocker arm installation rocker arm and cylinder pad are detected manually,for stablity,error rate and low rates. We use the machine vision technology to develop a rocker arm installation visual inspection system. According to the specific test requirement,we select the optical equipment types,abd utilize "Visionpro" software to design a valve rocker arm installation testing program. The result of practical applications show that the measurement accuracy is within 0. 057 mm and the installation detection can meet the need of the practical application.
