铲运机液压制动系统动态特性仿真研究

摘    要:以CY922-D型铲运机液压制动系统为研究对象,在对制动系统的组成和原理充分认识的基础上,建立了制动系统的AMESim液压仿真模型,模拟制动阀上弹簧刚度对制动性能的影响,对制动系统的安全性进行了仿真分析.研究表明:制动系统安全可靠;随着制动阀上端弹簧刚度的增加,制动压力的增加过程也随之加快,并且制动系统的响应时间缩短.

Abstract:With the hydraulic brake system of the scraper CY922-D as the object of research,the AMESim simulation model of hydraulic brake system was established on the basis of the full understanding of the composition and principle of the brake system. The influence of spring stiffness of the brake valve on braking performance and the brake system security were analyzed. The results showed that the brake system was safe, and when spring stiffness of the valve increased brake pressure quickened and the response of the brake system shortened.
