湿陷性黄土地区某框架房屋地基加固设计研究

摘    要:湿陷性黄土地区经常会发生由于地基处理不当或基础设计不当产生房屋倾斜现象.某四层混凝土框架结构住宅楼,建于湿陷性黄土地基上,建成后产生过大沉降和倾斜,对使用造成了不利的影响.我们设计的主要目的是通过生石灰桩的桩土挤密,吸水膨胀作用使地基土得到加固,防止基础继续下沉,保证房屋的正常使用.通过对某湿陷性黄土地区4层框架房屋的地基及上部结构的检测鉴定分析,找出房屋产生不均匀沉降的原因,进而为此建筑物拟定了加固纠偏设计方案.对其他湿陷性黄土地区的房屋纠偏加固有借鉴作用.

Abstract:The structural scheme of aluminum alloy wheels of the motorbike was designed to reduce costs and use less material,and the finite element analysis of the scheme was carried out under the conditions of hending,torsion,and static pressure. The radial load test,the radial impact test, the twisting-bending fatigue test,and torsion fatigue by 2.5% and that of the rear high as the old one and meets test were done. The wheel reduces by 2. the requirements of results show that the 8%,and the strength full load weight. The weight of the front wheel reduces of the new-type wheel remains as new scheme not only reduces the weight of the motorbike and improves the exterior of the motorbike,but lowers economic costs as well.
