基于模糊的端铣加工参数多目标优化模型

摘    要:分析了端铣加工参数传统优化模型的缺陷,引入模糊数学方法描述具有模糊性的经验参数、经验约束以及目标函数,建立了端铣加工参数的多目标模糊优化模型。根据模糊集合原理将模糊模型转化为一个传统的单目标非模糊优化问题,从而可采用任一非线性规划求解器进行求解,由于考虑了实际加工中多种模糊因素的影响,模糊优化模型更符合生产实际。算例表明,模糊优化解具有优越性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the traditional models, a fuzzy model for multi-objective optimization of machining parameters for end milling was formulated. An identical single-objective crisp-optimization model was derived from the fuzzy model for solving the problem with any standard nonlinear programming solver. An example was presented to show the validity of the proposed method. The solutions of using fuzzy approach are expected to represent more reasonable decisions in the real-world manufacturing environment as the impact of many fuzzy factors on the optimization process is considered.
