学校文化是支撑"名校"的根本

支撑一所“名校”的根本是学校的文化。学校文化反映学校的精神内涵,是学校教育的灵魂。“文化立校”也就是用文化来管理学校。学校发展由“制度治校”上升为“文化立校”不是一蹴而就的事,要经过长期的文化积淀和传承培养,至少要产生两次飞跃,一次是学校的主干规章制度升华为学校文化,第二次是学校制度文化升华为学校精神,从而达到“无为而治”、“大道无形”之境。
