摘    要:目前,我国新一轮课改正以前所未有的力度和范围向前大力推进,其优越性与先进性正日益显现出来,其教育理念被越来越多的一线教师认可、接受和实施,作为一名一线教师,应时刻提醒自己进行课改理论学习,以先进的理念武装自己,但在新理念的学习和应用过程中,难免出现一些误区和羁绊。经过假期的教师培训学习和开学以后的业余学习,结合自身二十多年的教学实践,对数学教师走进新课程有了更深了解,作者谈了个人的一些看法。

Abstract:At present,the new curricular reform in our country is pushing forword forcefully in a great extent.The precedency and advance of this reforma is emerging day by day,and its eductional idea is being approbated,receceived and practised by more and more teachers.As a teacher working in the eduction field,we should always remind ourselves to study the new curricular idea and arm ourselves with advanced ideas.But at the same time,there must be some mistakes and shackles exsiteing during the learning and practice of the new idea.After the teachers'trainning in the holidays and my self-education,I made a deep sense of the new curriculum combining with my own twenty-year experience.The following are some personal ideas.
