| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定复方痢菌净制剂中痢菌净和喹乙醇含量，该方法色谱条件为：ＨＹＰＥＲＳＩＬＯＤＳ色谱柱，甲醇（Ｖ）／水（Ｖ）（５０：５０）作流动相，注速０．８０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长为２６０ｎｍ，平均回收率痢菌净为９７．３２％，喹乙醇为９８．２９％，变异系数分别为１．３２％和０．９２％。
