护生实习前综合强化训练的教学实践

目的：通过护理综合技能强化训练,提高护生的综合素质,增强未来就业的适应性。方法：将护理操作技能、护理评估、心理护理、危重症抢救与监护技能设置为一门课程,在护生实习前进行强化训练。结果：提高了学生的综合能力,使之顺利完成理论到实践的转变过程,为实习打下了坚实的基础。结论：综合技能强化训练能有效促进学生综合素质和实际工作能力的提高,保证了护生的实习质量。

The Teaching Practice of Comprehensive Accentuation Training before Nursing Students" Practice

Objective： To improve nursing students＇ comprehensive qualities and their ability to adapt to the serious employment situation through comprehensive accentuation training.Method： combining the following into one course： nursing practice skill、nursing evaluation、psychological nursing,first aid in emergency and nursing care skill which will be accomplished before their practice.Result： the student＇s comprehensive qualities are improved and it is a good turning procedure for both knowledge-learning and practice,and also a firm foundation their practice.Conclusion： It can improve the student＇s comprehensive qualities and working qualities effectively,which will ensure the practice qualities.
