摘    要:生态功能区划是实施区域生态环境保护建设和科学管理的基础.以长江三峡库区(重庆段)11 000 km2的沿江区域为研究对象,建立了区域生态敏感度和生态服务功能重要性评价模型,在ArcG IS软件平台下构建了评价因子数据库,并借助其空间叠置分析功能进行了定量评价,在此基础上结合对区域生态环境特征、生态系统类型与过程等要素的定性分析,将研究区域分为3个一级生态区、11个二级生态亚区以及34个三级生态功能区,并提出了主要分区相应的保护与开发建设对策.

Abstract:Ecological function regionalization is the foundation of the scientific management for the regional eco-environmental conservation and construction.The Three Gorges Reservoir Area of the Yangtze River(Chongqing section),which covers an area about 11 000 km~2,was taken as a case.By means of the ArcGIS database platform and its spatial analysis function,the regional ecological sensitivity(measured with RESI) and ecosystem service importance(measured with RESII) assessment were performed according to the established guidelines.Based on the result of quantitative assessment and the qualitative analysis of regional eco-environmental characteristics,the study area was divided into 3 eco-regions,11 sub eco-regions and 34 eco-functional zones.Correspondingly,the integrated managing countermeasures of the key regions were discussed.
