转油站掺水变频节能技术研究及应用

摘    要:结合油田掺水系统的生产现状,对油田掺水系统生产运行现状的不足及变频节能原理进行了分析,并结合当地的生产状况提出了掺水系统的优化方案。将该优化方案应用到大庆油田两座转油站,现场数据表明,应用新的变频节能控制技术后,不仅能保证管线压力始终保证控制在最佳状态,减轻运行人员工作量,提高设备运行的可靠性,且在机组降负荷运行时,具有非常明显的节电效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the production of oil mixed with water system status, system production and operation of oil mixed with water shortage and the status of energy conservation principle is analyzed frequency, local production conditions combined with water system proposed optimization scheme.Optimization scheme is applied to the two transfer station of Daqing Oil Field, field data show that the application of new energy-saving variable frequency control technology, not only can ensure the line pressure is always in the best condition to ensure control and reduce the workload of operating personnel to improve equipment operation Reliability, and reduced load operation in the unit, with a very obvious energy saving effect.
