摘    要:动态联盟是敏捷制造思想指导下先进的企业组织形式。动态联盟环境给制造企业中的 CAPP系统提出了新的需求。根据动态联盟环境的特点 ,提出了面向动态联盟的群组工艺规划系统 (GPPS- VE)的体系结构 ,重点分析了 GPP-S- VE中主体系统 -面向敏捷企业的敏捷化工艺规划系统 (A-CAPPS)的功能需求 ,给出了基于 B/ S的 ACAPPS三层逻辑结构。基于这种结构的 ACAPPS系统具有可重构、可重用和规模可扩充的能力 ,使得 ACAPPS能够较好地支持动态联盟环境下企业的工艺规划

Abstract:The virtual enterprise (VE) is an important enterprise mode for agile manufacturing which requires a CAPP system to provide many new characteristics to support the setup and operation of the virtual enterprise. This paper deals with the CAPP system for the VE. The structure of the group process planning system for the virtual enterprise (GPPS VE), which is composed of several agile computer aided process planning systems (ACAPPS) for an agile partner enterprise, is presented based on the analysis of the VE characteristics. The ACAPPS functional requirements are also addressed. Finally, the architecture of a three tiered application composed of a browser, a Web server and a database server is introduced. This kind of architecture enables ACAPPS to reconfigure and scale according to different process planning tasks.
