摘    要:本文基于高凝原油阳海才相互溶解度试验和原油在海水中浓度分布规律的分析, 探讨了两相传质机理,提出油水置换过程中的传质数模,应用数模可以预测排出海水 的含油浓度。试验结果表明.高凝原油采用油水置换工艺是可行的,界面移动速度在 1—6m/h内,不产生乳化,原油含水量的增值小于 0.03%(重),原油在排出海水 中的浓度小于 3 mg/L.远低于国家规定的排放标准(小于 10mg/L),因此从环境 考虑也是安全的。

Abstract:In this paper, the mass transfer mechanism on the interface of two phases is discussed, based on the mutual solubility of high pour crude oil and seawater and the law of concentration distribution of crude oil in seawater. A mass tra -nsfer mathematical model is proposed. This model can be used to predict the oil concentration in the effluent seawater. The results obtained have confirmed the practical application of water flooding Technology. The flow velocity of oil-water interface is within 1-6 m/h,no em- ulsion is discovered, the increment of water content in the crude oil is<0.03% (wt); oil concentration in effluent seawater is less than 3mg/1, This is much less than 10 mg/1 (government standard). Therefore, from the point of view of environmental safety, this technology is satisfactory.
