大型液压全调节竖井贯流泵的设计与应用

摘    要:竖井贯流泵是大型水利工程中的核心动力装备,如何提高其可靠性和稳定性并拓展其工程应用范围一直是制约泵行业技术进步的瓶颈。为了从根本上解决常规液压全调节竖井贯流泵存在的不足,根据浙江嘉兴南台头泵站工程实际需求,设计开发一种新型液压全调竖井贯流泵。文章介绍了大型液压全调节竖井贯流泵机组的水力性能、泵站总体设计,水泵结构特点和液压全调节机构,阐述了叶片全调节原理以及反馈原理。该泵的总体技术优点为采用活塞缸带动叶片转动,调节叶片角度;采用外置式反馈结构,反馈信号为可视化的机械指针信号,且有锁固装置。该泵的性能、机组的整体结构和辅助设备的选型配置均符合各项设计要求,已成功应用于浙江嘉兴南台头排水泵站,为类似泵站的设计开发及工程应用奠定了实践基础。

Design and Application of a Large-Scale Hydraulic Full-Regulation Vertical Shaft Tubular Pump

Abstract:The vertical tubular pump is the core power equipment in large-scale water conservancy projects. How to improve its reliability and stability and expand its engineering application range have remained to be the bottleneck which restricts the technological progress of the pump industry.In order to solve these problems in the shaft tubular pump of hydraulic full adjustment, based on the engineering requirements of Nantaitou Pumping Station in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, a new shaft tubular pump of hydraulic full adjustment is proposed. It introduces the engineering overview, hydraulic performance, overall design of pumping station and pump structure characteristics. The principle of full adjustment of the blade, the feedback principle, and the overall superiority and characteristics of the pump are described.The advantages of this new type can be summarized as the followings: piston cylinder is used to drive the blade and adjust the blade angle; external feedback structure is adopted to provide the visual mechanical pointer signal and the locking device. This proposed pump satisfies all the needs in terms of total structure and the accessories, has been used in Nantaitou Pumping Station, which provides a favorable reference for the design and development of similar pump stations.
