美国中学数学教师培养路径解析——以加州大学洛杉矶分校为例

摘    要:二战以来,美国一直重视数学教育的发展,采取了诸多干预措施,力图提高学生的数学成绩和能力。改革数学教师的培养路径就是关键的举措之一。加州大学洛杉矶分校的中学数学教师培养模式分为前期培养和硕士层次两个阶段进行,它具有本科、硕士层次的教师培养相互衔接,教师培养方案的设计开放而富有弹性,师范课程的资助丰厚、有吸引力,实现院系、校校、生生之间的密切合作和大大提高了实践课程的比重五个特点。
