| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统是一门新兴的边缘科学，在介绍地理信息系统40多年发展的基础上，着重介绍了地理信息系统技术的发展趋势，主要表现为GIS与面向对象技术、Internet、通讯技术、虚拟技术、建模技术等的结合。
