| 摘 要： | 历史文化街区的保护已成为北京历史文化名城保护中的焦点和难点，在十六期间，面对新形势的挑战，应当认识历史文化街区保护的紧迫性，确立保护原则，利用市场机制，探索新的保护方法，同时对现存的历史街区和历史建筑进行全面而详细的调查，以便为今后的保护工作提供依据，这后人留下资料。
