地方综合性大学体育院系师资队伍建设对策研究

摘    要:
分析我国地方综合性大学体育院系师资队伍的现状发现,地方综合性大学体育院系师资队伍普遍存在着学历偏低、年龄老化、学缘不宽,男女比例失衡等结构问题,同时还存在着学科带头人和学术骨干缺乏,教师科研能力不强等问题.提出:贯彻"人才资源是第一资源"战略思想,坚持"以师为本";构建体育院系教师队伍的体内外循环系统,努力优化教师结构;重点培养,重点引进,加强学术骨干及学术带头人建设;积极营造有利于体育院系教师队伍成长的良好环境.

Countermeasures on the Construction of Qualified Staff Members in Physical Education of Local Comprehensive University
Abstract:
It is found that the lower academic degrees,aging,narrow structure of knowledge of teachers,imbalance of the ratio between men and women teachers and other structural problems are widely existing in the sports departments of local comprehensive universities;and it can also be seen that there is a lack of academic leaders,backbones,and the ability of scientific research after the analyses on the current situations of the faculty of physical education..This thesis proposes the implementation of the strategic concept: "human resources are the primary resources",persistence in "to the teacher-centered",building of intro and extra circulatory system of PE Department teachers,striving to optimize the structure of teachers,focus on training and introduction,strengthening the building of team of the academic core and academic leaders;actively creating a favorable environment beneficial to the growth of PE Department teachers.
