| 摘 要： | 蓖麻饼粕是蓖麻籽榨油后的副产品,含有丰富的蛋白和氨基酸、蓖麻壳及少量的蓖麻毒素,具有较高的综合利用价值.本文综述了蓖麻饼的脱毒,脱毒蓖麻饼蛋白质、蓖麻饼中毒素及蓖麻壳的开发利用.

| Abstract: | Castor bean meal is a by-product after oil extraction,it contains rich protein and amino acids castor bean hulls and a spot of castor toxins,has a high utilization value.This paper reviewes the detoxification of castor bean meal,the development and utilization of proteins in detoxificated castor bean meal,castor toxins and castor bean hull. |
