摘    要:目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在诊断脑血管性疾病及脑损伤中的临床应用价值.方法:18例脑血管性疾病、11例脑损伤患者行1.5T磁共振检查,扫描常规T1WI、T2WI、T2FLAIR、DWI及SWI,脑血管疾病患者中5例行增强扫描,分析比较SWI与其它序列在显示病变中的优势与不足.结果:SWI能清晰显示18例脑血管性疾病、11例脑损伤中的出血灶,病变范围、边缘及边界的显示都较其它常规序列清晰.结论:SWI能够提供比常规MRI更加详细的信息,有助于显示静脉的解剖结构、隐蔽性血管疾病、出血、脑部损伤.

Clinical Application of MR Susceptibility Weighted Imaging in Cerebrovascular Diseases and Brain Damage
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease and brain injury.Methods: 18 cases of cerebrovascular disease and 11 cases of brain injury were detected by 1.5T MRI,routine scan T1WI,T2WI,T2FLAIR,DWI and SWI,5 cerebrovascular disease patients underwent enhanced scan.Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of SWI in display lesions when compared with other scanning sequences.Results: SWI can clearly show the hemorrhagic focus in 18 cases of cerebral vascular diseases and 11 cases of brain injury,and show the range and boundary edge of lesions more clearly than other conventional sequences.Conclusion: SWI can provide more detailed information than conventional MRI,which help to show the anatomy of veins,concealment vascular disease,bleeding and brain damage.
