我国小学体育发展的现状与策略

在向体育强国迈进过程中我国小学体育的现状令人堪忧,无论是教学水平、师资结构、科研认识还是场地器材几个方面都无法与中学或大学体育相比较,这与我国大力发展义务教育基本原则是背道而驰的.本文拟采取通过政府加强对教育经费的投入、教育及其职能部门加强制定法规政策并完善监督机制、学校及主管部门加强教学、科研及质量管理完善绩效工资制度使小学体育的现状有所改善,为体育强国的建设做好准备.

Development Status and Strategy of Primary School Sports in China

In the process to physical power for China,the situation of primary school sports is worrying.Whether in the several aspects of primary school for example standard of teaching,teacher structure,awareness of scientific research and site or equipment,which can not be compared with high school or college sports.This situation is contrary with the principle to develop the basic compulsory education in China.We will taken these means such as government to strengthen educational funding,education and its functional departments to develop regulations and policies and improve the supervision mechanism,schools and departments to strengthen for teaching,scientific research and quality management and improve the performance pay system in order to improve the status of primary school sports and prepare for the construction of sports power.
