新形势下高校贫困生勤工助学资助由“劳务型”向“智力型”转化的思考

高校贫困生群体日益庞大,我国已经基本建立起多元化的资助经济贫困学生的政策体系。其中勤工助学资助体系中多为"劳务型"工作,难以有效解决贫困生经济、精神双贫穷。普通高等学校应就勤工助学资助体系由"劳务型"向"智力型"转化进行深入思考。

Think of Transferring from the Part-work and Part-study System from Manuailabor-based to Mental Labor-based in New-Situation University

As the financially poor students in high school becoming increasingly huge,our country has already established the policy system of various helping financially poor students basically.Among the part-work and part-study system,there are mostly manual labor-based which is difficult to settle students who are both financially poor and spirit poor.Common university should consider how to transfer the part-work and part-study system from manual labor-based to mental labor- based.
