| Abstract: | This paper introduces the expression forms of that the assets of the state-owned large and middle-sized enterprises flows into adhesive enterprises, analyzes on the causes of the leakage of state-owned assets, and puts forward some measures of eliminating the leakage of state-owned assets under current economic mechanism. |
