高性能变传动比差速器的研究

摘    要:本文研制的一种新型变传动比差速器既保持了普通变传动比差速器的优点,又显著地提高了其性能,特别是锁紧系数大大增加了.本文分析了这种差速器齿轮合理的传动比及齿面的特点与形成原理,以及它们对差速器性能的影响.在此基础上提出了切实可行的设计和加工方法.实际切齿和试验的结果表明,差速器性能达到了预期的要求.

Abstract:A new type of differential with fluctuating transmission-ratio gear drive developed by authors are described in this paper.In comparison with common differential,the new-type one contains the full advantage of former and has a noticeable improved performance,es- pecially,a much higher locking coefficient. In this paper,we have analysed the appropriate transmission ratio,the characteristic and generating method of bevel gear tooth used in the differential,and its effect on the property of the differential.Based on the thcoretical analysis,a feasible method to design and produce bevel gears are advanced,and practical machining and experiments show that the performance of differential is achieved as was expected.
