摘    要:绿色食品是继可持续发展战略提出后蓬勃兴起的新兴产业,发展绿色食品是实现区域可持续发展的有效途径,本文在进行大量实际调查、访问和资料分析的基础上,分析新疆绿色食品发展的基本区域自然条件,从企业及产品类型、产品结构、地区分布和企业整体经济效益等几个方面详细阐述了新疆绿色食品产业的发展现状及存在问题,并提出绿色食品可持续开发的建议,为新疆绿色食品产业发展提供一些依据。

Abstract:Green-ood is a new industry after sustainable development being put forward, and developing green-food is an effective way to realizing regional sustainable development.The paper is bsed upon a plenty of practical research and visitation, and analyzing seriously these datum, expounding the nicer terrain, light energy and natural resources of green-food development. Whereafter, the paper analyzes the actuality of green-food development in Xinjiang from the followed three aspects.(1)The paper analyzes 100 enterprises and 157 green food productions, including agriculture crops, in Xinjiang from 1996 to 2002,and analyzing the increase of green food enterprises and products in every year;(2)Based on these datum, authors analyze the composing of the green-food productions, which are separated into several main genus, and comparing the main production proportion of each genus;(3)The authors analyze the regional distribution of green-food enterprise and production in Xinjiang. In the end, the authors put forward some existent problems and corresponding strategies, pointing out the rgional enterprises and productions distribution of green food being unbalance.And propagandizing and education of the knowledge of green-food are not popular, so that people are in diferent to green-food etc, which can provide scientific basis for developing green-food in Xinjiang.
