| 摘 要： | 中小企业在泉州国民经济中占有极其重要的作用,但是与其重要地位形成鲜明对比的是,融资难的问题一直困扰着泉州中小企业的进一步发展。泉州中小企业融资难的问题主要表现为自身融资能力有限、直接融资和间接融资受国家政策和银行制度的严格限制,使得众多中小企业走上风险较高的、界于合法和非法之间、甚至是非法的民间借贷之路。如何解决泉州中小企业融资难、扶持中小企业发展成为亟待解决的问题。
