基于RS485总线的坩埚液位控制系统

摘    要:目前,坩埚法拉丝在玻璃纤维的生产工艺中得到了广泛的应用.坩埚内玻璃液的液位是影响玻璃纤维质量好坏的关键因素之一.为了更好的检测和控制坩埚内玻璃液的液位,保证玻璃纤维的生产质量,介绍一种基于RS485总线的坩埚液位控制系统.该系统采用上位机和下位机的结构,两者通过RS485总线连接.

Abstract:At present,The Crucible Wire drawing has been widely used in the glass fiber Production Process.The glass liquid-level in the crucible is one of most important factor,which can impact the quality of glass fiber.In order to better detection and control of liquid level in crucible,and ensure the quality of glass fiber,this paper has designed a liquid-level of the crucible control system based on RS485 bus,which has two parts: the upper computer and the field control unit.Two parts connect by the RS485 bus.
