微动摩擦条件下镍自润滑复合材料摩擦磨损特性的研究

摘    要:用热压法生产Ni-MoS2自润滑复合材料,研究了在微动摩擦条件下的室温和高温自润滑特性。结果表明,含60%MoS2的材料室温自润滑性能最好;而进一步适当提高MoS2含量对改善高温自润滑性能有利;该材料的润滑性能是通过MoS2转移润滑膜实现的,是一种适合在微动摩擦条件下使用的具有良好自润滑性能的复合材料。

Abstract:Ni-MoS 2 self-lubricating composties are produced by means of hot-pressed technology.The self-lubricating charateristics of room temperature and high temperature in slight-moved friction are investigated.The results show that the composite material containing 60% MoS 2 possesses the optimum self-lubricating property.And it is profitable to further increase MoS 2 content for improving self-lubricating property of composites at high temperature.The self-lubricating property of the composites is achived by MoS 2 transfer lubricating films.It is a kind of satisfactory self-lubricating material for application to slight-moved friction conditions.
