| 摘 要： | 劳动生产率、劳动力参与率作为反映劳动力投入质和量的指标,是影响现代经济增长的两个重要因素,其变化对经济增长有着重要影响。运用现代定量分析方法实证研究了地区劳动生产率、劳动力参与率影响其经济增长的程度和方向。研究表明,劳动生产率对经济增长的贡献远远高于劳动力参与率,提高劳动力质量已成为促进我国经济增长的根本途径。结合研究提出若干政策性建议。

| Abstract: | Labor productivity and labor participation are significant elements affecting contemporary economic growth.Their changes can have significant effect on economic growth.The paper studies the relationship between labor input and economic growth by means of contemporary quantitative analysis.Results show that the contribution of labor productivity is more than that of labor participation and the increase of labor productivity is an efficient approach to accelerating economic growth.Some constructive proposals are also presented. |
