| 摘 要： | 分析了铸铁残余应力表面盲孔测试法，修正了文献中的某些失误，并从实验的角度完善了该理论。此外对振动时效处理消除残余应力的利弊进行了分析，提出了亟待解决的振动时效处理消除残余应力的质量问题。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the testing method of remaining strain on superficial pits on cast iron moulding,modifies the errors in document,and perfects the theory from an experimental angle.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of doing away with the remaining strain by way of VSR.The quality problem of the method is put forward. |
