| 摘 要： | 目的：总结鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法：对1996年—2000年行鼻内镜手术随访观察的110例患进行术后疗效观察及分析有关影响因素。结果：110例(218侧)慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患中，治愈率为72．02％，好转率为26．61％，总有效率为98．63％，无效率为1．38％。术中出血影响手术操作5例，术中眶纸板损伤2例，术后术腔粘连3例。结论：慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床分型分期、术前术后合理用药、术后换药随访对手术疗效具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of intranasal treatment with endosc op ic sinussurgery.Method:Analysis of 111 cases treated with endoscopic sinus surge ry from 1996 to2000.Result:in 110 cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps the rate of cure was72.02%,the effective rate was 98.63%.The ineffectivs rate wasrats 1.38%.5 cases got much bleeding during the operation.2 cases got inijur y of lamina papyracea.3 cases got postoperative adhesion in nasal cavities.Concl usion:The important factors to increase the clinical cure rate include the class ification ofthe nasal sinusitis and polyos,good knowledgeof runational anatomy o f nose,the operative technique,postoperative follow-up,settlement ofthe nasal c avity,systematic treatment. |
