| 摘 要： | 投篮技术动作直接影响投篮命中率,心理因素、体能因素等对投篮命中率也产生重要的影响,投篮命中率的高低决定着比赛是否能取得胜利.要想提高投篮命中率,就要有自信心和掌握正确的投篮技术动作,并具有良好的身体素质.因此,就不同目标设置对篮球投篮命中率的影响进行实验研究,以提高投篮命中率.

| Abstract: | Shooting techniques directly affect the shooting, psychological factors and physical factors, is an important effect on the shooting, shooting percentage determines whether the game can win. In order to improve the shooting percentage, must have the confidence and grasp the correct shooting techniques, and has a good physical quality. Therefore, study on the influence of different target setting for basketball shooting, in order to improve the shooting percentage. |
