灌浆套筒装配式桥墩的施工工艺及其应用

摘    要:装配式桥墩的施工是一种比较成熟的施工方式,该方式性能可靠,施工便捷,极大缩短了施工工期。灌浆套筒连接是装配式桥墩的主要连接方式之一,结合施工工艺的经验,阐明套筒的构造,工作原理,整个施工流程及注意的事项。同时对装配式桥墩施工过程中的风险进行分析并提出建议,对装配式桥墩的施工具有指导意义。

Abstract:The construction of the assembly bridge pier is now a relatively mature construction method, and is reliable in performance and convenient in construction, which greatly shortens the construction period. The grouting sleeve couple is one of the main connection modes in the assembly bridge. Combined with the experience of construction technology, the structure of sleeve, the working principle, the whole construction flow and the matters requiring attention were clarified. At the same time, the risks in the assembly construction process were analyzed and suggestions were put forward, which could be of great guiding significance to the construction of the assembled bridge pier column.
