应县木塔修缮工程中柱的夹具设计研究

摘    要:在夹具的设计中,为了精确控制夹具螺栓张力,试验测定了螺栓扭矩与张力的关系,考虑到现场施工的复杂性及木柱表面摩擦系数的离散性,对夹具不同的4种工况进行了抬升力试验。结果表明,采用三_舛组成、每侧3根24mm螺栓的圆筒套夹具,施工方便、安全可靠,能够在不破坏古木柱表面的前提下,达到对木塔不落架整体抬升的目的。

Abstract:This paper designs a clip to lift the column in repairing Yingxian timber pagoda.While the clip being lifted, the static friction force between the column and the soft timber lining can be equilibrated with the gravity of the lifted tower. The relationship between the torsion moment and the draw force of the screw is tested to control the draw force of the screw accurately. 4 work states of the clip are tested, and the results show that the clip possesses the advantage of convenient and safety.
