| 摘 要： | 根据Ｃ２系统建设的需要，定义了可靠性代用模型，推导出它的可靠度和可用度计算公式。通过与现有可靠性基本模型进行量化比较，得出代用模型用于系统的可靠性设计和评估既能降低系统建设成本，又能提高系统的可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper defines a new replacing model of system reliability based on the needs of C 2 systems construction and gives its calculation formula of reliable and a￣ailable degrees.It shows through comparison with the basic reliability models available that thm model can both lessen cost of the systems and better the systems reliability if it is used in reliability design and assessment for these systems.Finally, it presents a typical example of reliability assessment on a C 2 system structure. |
