| 摘 要： | 传统学校教育在教育理念、培养目标、方式以及内容等许多方面都与我国当今倡导的培养创新型人才的教育格格不入。本文对教育改革转型时期创新型人才培养的教育理念、教学思想、培养模式、教学方法与手段、学生个性培养、教师素质及管理体制等若干重要要素进行了思考与探索。

| Abstract: | Tradition schooling has been seriously incompatible with the creative talent cultivating education advocated in today China in many respects, such as education notion, training goal, mode of training, training content, etc. In this paper, many important elements related to creative talents cultivation during education reform transition period were thought and explored, and these elements includes education notion, teaching idea, mode of training, Teaching methods and means, student personality training, teacher quality, management system, and so on. |
