电机驱动的车辆离合器变结构控制

摘    要:为改善电控离合器的控制性能,运用变结构控制方法设计了非线性控制器,下层控制器系统承担执行上层控制器指令的使命,下层执行机构及其动力学系统精确建模有助于提高电控离合器控制系统响应品质。计算机仿真结果显示,该控制器跟踪理想动力系统轨迹的性能良好,且具有对外部干扰的鲁棒性。

Abstract:The realization of the system's quality performance requires high standards in the design of relative control system, the accurate model of the dynamic system that includes an electro actuator and the clutch mechanism assists in the enhancement of control system performance of the electronically controllable clutches. In this paper, a nonlinear controller was developed by means of variable structure control (sliding mode control) for the purpose of improving control response of the automated clutches. Computer simulations are made for the real clutch system and it is shown by the numerical results obtained from the present control method that the variable structure control method is characterized with robustness and efficiency in forcing the system motion to track the specified trajectories.
