层间互作用势对HgS/CdS柱状超晶格电子能带结构的影响

摘    要:给出了柱状超晶格层间互作用势随径向的变化关系,用微扰法求出了考虑层间互作用情况下HgS/CdS柱状超晶格电子能带结构,讨论了层间相互作用对电子能带结构的影响.结果表明:考虑层间相互作用后HgS/CdS柱状超晶格中电子仍具有能带结构,且能带宽度随势垒宽度的减小而增大,而禁带宽度则相反.内层介质半径增大时,能带宽度将增大,而禁带宽度将减小;层间作用的存在使能带结构向上移动,而带宽稍有增大,禁带宽度稍有减小.

Abstract:The varied relation of layer-to-layer interaction with radius of the system was given in this article, and discussing the variation of electron energy in HgS/CdS solumnar super-lattice with wave vector q using the micro-method. This influence of this exchange energy on the electron band shows that the electron still have the character of band considering the layet-to-layer interaction. The bands width become wilder with decrease of potential barrier, while the forbidden bands become smaller; and bands increase with the layer-to-layer interaction become wider, while forbidden bands become smaller. The exchange energy makes bands upward and wider, and the forbidden bands is on the contrary.
