摘    要:为提高集装箱船舶装卸过程中集卡和吊装设备同步作业效率,引入基于时间窗的冲突反馈机制。首先根据港口物流常规工作参数,结合港口物流成本计算方法,预先分配集装箱装卸任务,规划转移路线,然后在工作过程中实时监控集卡队列行驶位置,设计基于能力约束判断的资源协作模型,解决吊装作业溢出问题。为避免局部收敛,模型应用了改进的量子遗传进化算法进行求解。案例分析表明:资源协作能力约束下的集卡调度实施后,泊船停靠时间大大缩短,堆场通道堵塞现象大大减少。因此,通过协作能力约束分配港口物流资源可以在控制港口内部物流系统整体成本的基础上改善物流效率。

Abstract:Conflicting feedback mechanism based on time window was introduced into container ship loading and unloading to improve the synchronous operation efficiency of container trucks and hoisting equipments.Conventional parameters and the cost calculation method for port logistics were used to predetermine the distribution of container handling tasks and plan the transfer route,with the truck platoon position monitored in work process in real-time and a resource cooperation model designed based on the capacity constraint judgment to solve the problem of hoisting overflow.Improved quantum genetic algorithm was used to avoid local convergence.Case analyses show that the boat dock time is shortened and the yard channel blockage is greatly reduced because of the implementation of container truck dispatch under resource cooperation ability constraints.Therefore,the allocation of port logistics resources with collaborative capacity constraints can improve the logistics efficiency based on controlling the overall cost of the port internal logistics system.
