摘    要:根据316L不锈钢扩散焊接头高温短时拉伸试验和多次模拟蠕变试验的经验,在高温蠕变持久强度试验机上对试样进行蠕变试验,记录试样蠕变变形量与断裂时间.利用威布尔分布的参数评估方法,确定出两参数威布尔分布的各个特征量.运用威布尔分布模型及可靠性评定方法确定出316L不锈钢扩散焊接头在高温下的平均断裂时间.

Abstract:According to the experience of hightemperature, shorttime drawing test and multiple simulated creep test for 316L stainless steel diffusionbonding joints, the creep test is carried out on the hightemperature creep strength tester, and the creep deformation and fracture time are recorded. The individual feature quantities of the twoparameter Weibull distribution are determined based on the parameter evaluation method of Weibull distribution. The average fracture time of 316L stainless steel diffusionbonding joints at high temperature is determined by Weibull distribution model and reliability evaluation method.
