| 摘 要： | 传统电信运营商拥有成熟固定的电话网,对本地话务具有垄断地位;新的运营商为争夺本地语音业务,普遍在新建设宽带IP城域网为基础,组建IP话音接入网,提供本地话音业务;通过实践应用,IP语音接入网技术基本适合新的运营商在本地语音业务发展的需求。

| Abstract: | The traditional telecommunication operator has the ripe regular telephone network and monopoly positions to local traffic. The new operator is general based on building the land network of the broadband IP city newly in order to fight for the local speech business, set up IP speech access network, bear the weight of the pronunciation of including, offers the local speech business. Through practising application, IP pronunciation access network technology is suitable for the new operator in the demand for speech business development here basically. |
