| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了新型钻柱振动测量装置———方钻杆扭矩仪和钻柱振动数据处理装置。对在现场采集到的钻柱振动数据进行了详细的分析，得出了一些有现实意义的结论，为今后有效监测钻柱振动、实时监测与诊断钻头和钻柱在井下的振动特征打下了良好的基础

| Abstract: | Based on the expression of solutions to a normal system and Gronwall's inequality, the problem of variable structure control for singular uncertain system without matching condition is studied in view of the structure propeties of a singular system. The variable structure controller is designed under some conditions, which guarantee the stability of the dynamic and static parts of the clased loop system. The validity and realizability are proved by simulation. |
