烧结过程生石灰和燃料配加量的实验研究

摘    要:基于水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司烧结厂现行原料条件,应用正交实验研究方法,对不同的生石灰配入量和燃料用量进行烧结杯试验。结果表明,必要的燃料用量是满足烧结矿同时具有较高转鼓指数和成品率的基本条件,生石灰用量不会对烧结矿的主要技术经济指标产生直接影响。

Abstract:Based on the current charge used by sinter plant of Shuicheng Iron and Steel Group Co.limited,the experiments were processed in a pilot scale sinter pot with several iron ores and various amount lime as well as solid fuel by the orthogonal testing method.It is showed that there are intricate relations between the fuel amount and both the yield and the tumble strength of agglomerate,but no direct effect on the main economy and technology indexes of sintering production by the lime amount used in sintering.
