农民视角中的西部新农村建设研究——关于“生产发展”的现状、需求及政策性建议

在新农村建设五个方面的内容中,生产发展是最受西部农民关注,也是农民认为最重要的一个方面.目前我国西部生产发展水平比较低,与东部相差比较大.大多数农民对农业生产的前景并不看好.缺少资金投入、缺少技术水平、农业基础设施差是大多数农民的普遍看法,也是农民最希望政府能通过新农村建设这个平台给予大力支持的重要方面.这个三个方面中,缺少资金投入是当前农民最希望解决的困难.
