| 摘 要： | 海水灌溉库拉索芦荟皮经无水乙醇浸泡、热水抽提、乙醇沉淀提取芦荟皮粗多糖，并用DEAE-纤维素分离纯化得到4种多糖，其中主要是皮中性多糖，用SephadexG-100进一步纯化得到SAPS-1．经Sepharose 4B、气相色谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振等分析表明，SAPS-1是C-6部分被乙酰化的β-（1-4）-D-甘露聚糖，其分子量为40±2kDa．

| Abstract: | After being extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol, crude polysaecharide is obtained from skin of Aloe vera. 4 Fractions are prepared by further purification with cellulose DEAE-52. SAPS-A is a most fraction which is made of neutral monosaccharides. From fraction SAPS-A, a purer fraction SAPS-1 is separated by sephadex G-100. The analysis of sepharose 4B, UV, IR and NMR show SAPS-1 is a 6-acetylated partially β-（ 1-4）-D-Mannan, whose weight is 40 ±2 kDa. |
