弧面分度凸轮的数字化设计与研究

摘    要:针对弧面分度凸轮工作曲面建模的复杂性,提出了一种建模的新方法.利用UG中的表达式结合规律曲线生成曲线的模型,再用线生成面,面生成体,最后利用特征建模生成完整的弧面分度凸轮,通过修改表达式中的参数可生成系列化的弧面分度凸轮,提高了设计效率.

Abstract:In view of the complexity about the working cam, a new method of modeling are be came up with. The expression in Unigraphics NX and the curves which are built by the tool of the law curve are used to create the faces which can form the body of arcuate surface, and then the di- viding cam of arcuate surface are created by the feature modeling. A series of cams can be de- signed by modifying the main parameters, and thus the designing efficiency is increased.
