发动机变型双曲函数配气凸轮研究

摘    要:在分析现有内燃机配气凸轮型线不足的基础上,为适应现代中小型内燃机向高速化、高性能(高功率、低油耗、低噪声、低振动、低排污)与高寿命发展的需要,创造了n阶导数连续、自变量为内燃机主要结构参数及运转参数、计算简便的变型双曲函数凸轮型线方程.研制的内燃机变型双曲函数配气凸轮,具有高速性好、丰满系数大、振动与噪声小、工作平稳的突出特点.应用表明,提高了柴油机的动力性、经济性,降低了振动、噪声与排气污染物.

Abstract:This paper introduces a deformed hyperbolical function cam moulding lines equation with n-order continuous deriva-tive and the major structure parameter as Internal Combustion Engines independentvariable.It has unique excellent features such as a larger coefficient,better in power and economics performance,softer vibration and noise and simplified calculation.The application of Diesels indicates that this equation to Internal Combustion Engines Cam makes the Diesel function fully improved.
