| 摘 要： | 实现全面建设小康社会的目标关键在农村.加快经济发展,解决"三农"问题,推进农业和农村经济结构战略性调整,增加农民收入是农村全面实现小康的根本.首先从国内经济形势和国外经济形势两个方面分析了我国农业结构调整的必要性,其次,从8个不同的角度阐述了我国农业结构调整的具体思路.
