摘    要:以观音沙大桥为背景,通过实验测试和计算分析,寻求有普遍意义的温度场分布规律和大跨度连续刚构桥施工过程中的温度效应.应用有限元软件ANSYS对温度场进行模拟,分析了太阳辐射、风速等边界条件和导热系数、比热等计算参数对温度场的影响,并提出了相应的建议值.模拟计算的温度场与实测温度场吻合得较好,根据模拟的温度场进行结构计算所得的应力和挠度也与实测值相当吻合,从而可以利用当地气象局实测的气象数据来实时模拟混凝土箱梁温度场并进行温度场的温度效应分析.

Abstract:In this paper,the general temperature distribution principle and the temperature effect in the construction of long-span continuous rigid frame bridges were investigated by means of site measure,calculation and analysis,with the Guanyinsha Bridge as the research target.In the investigation,the finite-element software ANSYS was adopted to simulate the temperature field,and the effects of heat conductivity,specific heat and some boundary conditions such as sunlight radiancy and wind speed on the temperature field were analyzed.Some recommended values were then presented.It is shown that the simulated temperature field accords well with the measured one,and that the stress and deflection calculated according to the simulated temperature field match the measured values well.As a result,the temperature field and the corresponding temperature-effect analysis of reinforced concrete box girder can be conducted in real time according to the weather data from the weather bureau.
